Description

This fragrant, fruit-forward sake has been handcrafted at the of Mount Tsukaba for generations. Their sixth and current brewer, Nobuko Inaba is one of the few female sake brewers in Japan. This sake shows notes of apricot, green apple and citrus, balanced by a hint of white pepper. Enjoy chilled.

Tasting Notes

Muroka (non-filtered) sake is brewed using detailed hand craft work. Extremely fragrant, this sake has a little bit of dryness but is easy drinking. Pairs nicely with Asian and Japanese cuisine and especially fish dishes.
