Otokoyama was founded in Hokkaido, which is Japan's northernmost island, in 1661. Hokkaido has a severe, cold climate and is known for producing especially bold, flavourful sake. This serious example is elegant, balanced, long, and perfect for sushi or sashimi dishes. Serve chilled.

Tasting Notes

Super Premium Sake. Purely elegant, harmonious aroma with a long finish. Finely balanced, velvety smooth texture. Very refreshing, subtle and delicate flavours. It has been honored at the International Liquor Competition awards for 40 consecutive years and has won the gold medal every year since 1977.
