Crafted in the heart of apple country in Thornbury, Ont., this English-style cider is made with 100% fresh-pressed local apples and cold-filtered to maintain maximum flavour. Aromatic notes of green apple and light citrus lead to a crisp and flavourful palate, with notes of fresh McIntosh apples, pear and a hint of spice.
