Modelo Especial is a premium Mexican Pilsner distinguished by aromas of orange blossom with sweet malt, honey, corn and a mix of herbs. This authentic brew is light-bodied and refreshing with mild carbonation and a delicate mouthfeel showing light notes of sweet malt, grain and spiced honey with gentle hops on the finish.

Tasting Notes

Clear yellow colour with moderate head; light aromas of sweet malt, cooked corn and cereal, with floral, citrus/orange and light fruit; off-dry, light bodied with a soft mouthfeel, mildly carbonated, flavours of light sweet malt and honey, light bread and spice; mild and refreshing with a clean finish.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with grilled fish, chicken or guacamole and chips.
