Tasting Notes

A nutty, totally enveloping sherry with a balanced degree of sweetness. An aged dry Oloroso and a sweet PX are blended and returned to casks making for a unique and complex style. Drinks almost like a table wine, balanced, without heaviness but with a great deal of flavour. Concentrated and engaging but not overwhelmingly so. Elegant and focused by not shy.
