Description

2ha of older vines. One of the two tanks was destemmed, the other left as whole bunches, though this is not particularly evident in the taste. Full crimson colour with a fresh energy to the nose. This is immediately appealing. On the palate there is a bit more structure which will keep the wine fresh but means this needs to be kept a few years. I like the fruit-acid-tannin mix at the back.
