The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Village comes from the estate's own biodynamically-farmed vines. It has a bright and vivacious bouquet with more mineralité than the Sélection. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, quite chiselled and taut with a vibrant finish. This is very refined. Drinking window: 2025-2035. Score - 90-92.
