From the Okayama Prefecture, which has an excellent reputation for the quality of its peaches, this sake has a cloudy appearance, so gently tip the bottle up and down a few times to mix all the components - no need to shake vigorously. Enjoy the fresh, juicy, gorgeous peach notes chilled on the rocks or in a cocktail such as a winter rose.

Tasting Notes

Slightly cloudy in the glass, with fresh aromas of white peach. Juicy, with a medium sweet mouthfeel and an impressive peach character throughout. Fresh, delicious and lovely. (Vintages panel, Oct. 2015)
