From 40-year-old, dry-farmed Chardonnay from the Northwest corner of the Sonoma Coast. Super pure profile of crushed seashells, fresh lemons, and pear skins with a tasty citrus texture. Sustainably farmed Chardonnay grapes, minimum addition of Sulphur and very restrained ABV of 12.7% alc./vol.
