These are local vines, situated just above the Château. Full yellow in colour, before fining and filtering. Buttery and toasty, but will settle down. There is a flinty note beneath the toast and butter. Overall, this makes for a very attractive combination. Drink from 2025-2029. Tasted Oct. 2023. Score - 89-92.
