Speaking of the white wines of the 2017 vintage, Stephen Tanzer of vinous.com had this to say: 'The largest white Burgundy crop since 2009 has yielded pliant, elegant, pure wines with considerable aromatic appeal and early accessibility, along with the balance and stuffing for at least mid-term aging' (September 6, 2018). This Savigny from Moray Tawse will be easygoing and round, with good weight and fruit presence. Look to enjoy it over the next 5-7 years.
