Domaine Simonis is one of the biodynamic pioneers in Alsace, eliminating chemicals over 20 years ago. The family has been cultivating vines in Ammerschwihr since the 17th century. Grand Cru Kaefferkopf produces one of the best wines of the region. Aromatic nose of exotic fruits including pineapple and mandarin. Ample and delicate mouth with high acidity and a nice lasting taste. Pairs wonderfully with seafood, poultry and goat cheese.
