Jean Pabiot et Fils Domaine Des Fines Caillottes 2022 Pouilly-Fumé is a bright Sauvignon Blanc produced from sustainably grown grapes sourced from the Loire wine region. Fresh with summer-kissed white florals, melon, white-fleshed stone fruit, citrus zest, wild herbs and flinty mineral flavours on the palate, 'Fines Caillottes' translates to 'fine pebbles' and is in reference to the silex soil commonly found in Pouilly-Fumé that gives good drainage to the vines while imparting a flinty minerality to the wine.
